Bilingual Appointment Dispatcher

About the Company: Legacy Group Agency continues to expand its operations and marketing department. We are looking for an Appointment Dispatcher with strong logical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and quick problem-solving abilities to manage our appointment flow.

Your Main Role:
You will act as the "traffic controller" for our team. You will be in charge of managing calendars, assigning confirmed appointments to the appropriate clients, and ensuring there are no gaps or scheduling conflicts, optimizing everyone's time.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Strategically assign and dispatch appointments to our clients' representatives.

Actively manage and optimize calendars to maximize efficiency and time.

Handle rescheduling requests immediately to prevent lost opportunities.

Keep schedules organized and updated in real-time within our platforms.

Coordinate internal communication to ensure every client knows exactly where to go and who to speak with.

Profile Requirements:

Language: Advanced / Bilingual English (B2 - C1 mandatory).

Experience: Proven previous experience in calendar coordination, dispatching, appointment setting, or customer service logistics.

Skills: Extreme attention to detail, ability to make quick decisions, excellent time management, and adaptability in high-demand environments.

Technical Requirements: Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a professional headset.
