We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Caracas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for client success, and a proven track record in sales strategy and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the regional sales team, setting performance targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
Develop strategic sales plans to expand customer base and maximize market share in the Caracas region.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients through exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align business objectives.
Deliver periodic performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.
Exceptional negotiation and client relationship skills.
Strong leadership ability with a hands-on management style.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset.
