We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations across the Venezuela/LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local labor laws, demonstrated expertise in HR best practices, and a people-first mindset. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing HR strategies that support organizational goals while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
Develop and implement HR strategies in areas such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training.
Analyze workforce metrics and develop data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Provide coaching and support to leaders on talent strategies, employee relations, and organizational design.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate performance conversations to ensure healthy working relationships.
Lead HR initiatives aligned with organizational transformation and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master?s preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices in Venezuela/LATAM.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish and English
