Community Manager with Graphic Design Background Bilingual

The ideal candidate should strive in a social media environment, specifically in the Graphic Design area. As a Community Manager, you must be the brand's voice, tone, and moderator through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement. Your goal is to build brand presence and trust for our clients and their audience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute communication and social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create a publication calendar and optimize content posting times.
- Work with marketing platforms such as SOCi or equivalents.
- Able to respond to Google Reviews and social media platform reviews.
- Generate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media accounts.
- Respond promptly to follower comments and questions.
- Organize virtual or in-person events to build a brand community.
- Encourage participation through surveys and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and communications teams for consistent messaging.
- Stay informed about company products and communicate updates.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide performance reports.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time from Monday to Friday.
- Speak/write in English professionally.
- Speak/write in Spanish professionally.
- +2 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- +2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
- Love and feel passion for graphic design.
- Very organized and attentive to details.
