Managing Customer Interactions
- Answering and making phone calls to address customer inquiries, offer assistance, and coordinate services.
- Confirming reservations and delivering essential information through SMS.
- Handling email communications, drafting clear and formal responses to customer inquiries.
Assistance and Service Coordination
- Resolving common customer doubts and questions regarding company services.
- Coordinating and dispatching shuttles for customer pickups, ensuring punctuality and correct pick up location.
- Confirming and managing reservations, verifying details, discussing modifications and resolving any prior to pick up doubts.
- Providing assistance and guidance in situations where the customer presents a problem with the vehicle.
- Communicating relevant information to customers, such as notices, updates, or service changes.
- Following up customers' reservations to communicate all relevant updates.
