Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Networking/Security Support Engineer. The Networking/Security Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical and customer support, operating systems, and customer service. The Networking/Security Support Engineer will also provide on-site support and will be located in Valencia, Venezuela. Qualifications *English or Portuguese speaker is a mandatory requirement. *Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills *Customer Support and Customer Service skills *Experience with operating systems like Linux/Windows *Excellent problem-solving and communication skills *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously *Cisco/networking/isc2 certifications is a plus *VPN/IPsec *IDS/IPS (Snort/Suricata) *Firewall/IPtables *DMZ *TLS/UDP/TCP *Dynamic and static routing *Experience with IP Telephony, SIP, VoIP, and PBX is a plus *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information *Technology, or related field
