Customer Service Representative Advanced English Required

We are currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team and grow alongside us.

We are looking for a Customer service representative to perform the following tasks:

- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries.
- Report customer details and comments in our system.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with any no-show customers.
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and treat all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Identify and address customer needs with the goal of complete satisfaction.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Assist with various other tasks at the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications:

Advanced or fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Equipment requirements:

- A reliable laptop or computer with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM, running on at least Windows 10 or a higher operating system.
- Stable internet connection
- Backup plan in case of power outages or internet disruptions.
Headphones or earphones for clear audio communication.

Schedule: From Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 15:00, or from 15:00 to 21:00 EST Time.

And 09:00 to 15:00, or from 15:00 to 21:00 PST Time.
