Job Overview:
We?re seeking a talented Part-Time Recruiter to join our agency for 10 hours per week. This role is perfect for a recruitment professional with a passion for sourcing top talent across Latin America. You?ll collaborate with our small team to identify and attract remote candidates, conduct interviews, assist with onboarding, and communicate with clients, all while maintaining a professional presence in a flexible, remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit remote candidates from Latin America for Business Owners, Attorneys, Insurance Brokers, and Real Estate Brokers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct applicant interviews to assess qualifications and fit for client needs.
- Assist with virtual assistant (VA) onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Communicate with clients via video calls (e.g., Zoom), maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work with our small team to refine sourcing strategies based on client hiring needs.
- Utilize your knowledge of the Latin American job market to attract bilingual (Spanish/English) talent.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, with a focus on sourcing talent from Latin America.
- Experience sourcing applicants on social media platforms such as Facebook.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Computrabajo, LinkedIn) and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills to engage candidates and collaborate with a small team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor for video communication, including Zoom calls with clients.
- Dependable high-speed internet connection with a backup to ensure uninterrupted remote work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time, remote role.
- Understanding of the skills needed for business, legal, insurance, or real estate roles (a plus, but not required).
