Job Type: Full-Time (Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm EST (with a lunch break).
We're on the lookout for a proactive and ambitious individual to join us as an Appointment Setter (Sales Development Representative). In this pivotal role within our sales and marketing team, you'll generate leads, foster client connections, schedule appointments for our sales representatives, and ensure diligent follow-ups with potential prospects.
Responsibilities:
-Initiate proactive outreach to pre-qualified leads through various channels such as text, email, or phone, to assess their interest in our services.
-Conduct engaging and persuasive conversations to effectively qualify leads and ascertain their compatibility with our offerings.
-Diligently follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and address any inquiries or concerns.
-Coordinate and schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team, facilitating presentations and ultimately closing deals.
-Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and appointments using our -CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
-Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in open communication and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
-Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and comfortably.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are necessary for remote work.
-Experience with appointment setting (Desired)
-Proficiency in using communication and CRM tools. (Desired)
-Experience in the Automotive industry (Desired)
