Salary: Starting rate 3 USD per hour
Schedule: 6 working days with a rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT), 24/7 operation with fixed 8-hour shifts (schedule may vary based on operational needs)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Proofer to play a crucial role in bringing our promotional and customizable products to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise visual proof files, ensuring they meet all technical printing requirements for client approval and seamless production. This role serves as a vital link between our design, sales, and production teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality visuals on every product.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize artwork proofs for comprehensive client review and approval.
Rigorously ensure all printing specifications and technical requirements are meticulously met.
Verify layout, scale, and color accuracy on diverse product templates with exceptional precision.
Maintain unwavering visual consistency with the client?s brand identity across all proofs.
Efficiently manage multiple proofing projects concurrently, prioritizing accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with design, sales, and production teams to streamline the proofing process.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and extensive experience in print production workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Proven experience working with product templates and adhering to technical specifications.
Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to meet demanding deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly.
