Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls with inquiries about aesthetic treatments and procedures.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective patients using provided cosmetic surgery lead lists.
- Drive sales by closing leads, securely processing payments, and strategically upselling complementary treatments and clinic services.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups on previous procedures to ensure patient satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings or referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly outreach and conversion targets established by the clinic.
- Perform calls maintaining consistency and empathy throughout each outreach session, adapting your communication style to diverse patient demographics.
- Build rapport quickly, handle objections with professionalism, and provide clear information about procedures, recovery, and financing options.
- Qualify leads and guide them through the consultation and appointment process at the medical center.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with surgeons and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and patient satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on cosmetic surgery trends, patient safety regulations, and market innovations.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare outreach
- Experience in cosmetic/aesthetic services is preferred
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Eager and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms and call tracking tools
- Bilingual communication (Spanish/English)
- Ability to work onsite in Chacao, Caracas
- Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM ? 5:30 PM EST
