We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to join our team. This role is crucial in identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and closing relationships with new clients. If you have strong experience in business development, sales, and cold calling, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify high-potential leads in target markets.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to introduce our services.
- Build relationships with potential clients to close deals.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Maintain organized records of lead interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve our goal of closing a deal with at least two (02) clients.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (C1 or C2).
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with cold calling and client outreach.
- Ability to work independently and based on goals.
- Ability to work full-time in Chacao (at least the first month).
