Bilingual Medical Doctor

The ideal medical candidate should strive in a customer service environment, specifically in the medical field. As a pre-op and post-op doctor, you need to demonstrate your ability to interact with patients online and over the phone. Also, you need to be oriented to detail and have excellent communication skills, both verbally and via e-mails.



What you'll do as a Pre Operative Medical Doctor:

Provide guidance and act as a liaison between the surgeon and preoperative physicians.
Prepare the patient's medical history before and after surgery.
Maintain communication with the patient's primary care physician for a complete physical and psychological evaluation, along with an evaluation of the patient's history and diagnostic tests.
Verify and report the preoperative medications and medical history of each patient
Make sure your patients meet discharge criteria
Answer all incoming calls, return calls to patients, and take notes in the proper system.
Forward all calls to the correct department.
Any other task assigned by the Pre-Operative Manager.


What we need:

Advanced English Level (able to communicate fluidly with native speakers).
+23 years old.
Completed Medical Doctor´s degree or any degree in the medical field.
Availability to work full time in our office located in Chacao.
Being able to start immediately
Schedule Mon - Fri (9:00 a.m - 5:30 p.m).
