Junior Game Developer (Godot Engine)
We are an independent video game studio located in Valencia, Venezuela. We specialize in interactive and narrative experiences for a mature global audience. We are looking for a talented Junior Godot Developer to help us bring our latest projects to life with fluid gameplay and polished mechanics.
You will work directly on our primary titles using Godot Engine. As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for implementing gameplay features, refining user interface (UI) systems, and ensuring our games run seamlessly. We value clean code, creative problem-solving, and a passion for the "indie" spirit.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 1?2 years of experience with Godot Engine (GDScript).
- "Finisher" Proof: Having participated in at least one Game Jam (please provide a link to your submission or itch.io page).
- Version Control: Familiarity with Git (GitHub) for collaborative coding work.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug gameplay systems and optimize performance.
- Assets: Experience importing and managing 2D/3D assets within Godot scenes.
General Qualifications
- Location: Residing in Valencia, Venezuela (for local team syncs).
- Language: Functional English (ability to read documentation and communicate via text).
- Communication: Teamwork, not afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
- Code Understanding With or Without AI: Although AI tools will be provided, they should not be capable of replacing you.
