Studio Assistant (Indie Game Development)

We are an independent creative studio based in Valencia, Venezuela, focused on high-quality, narrative-driven interactive experiences for a mature global audience. We are a small, dedicated team looking for a proactive Studio Assistant to help manage our daily operations and support our growth.

As our Studio Assistant, you are the "glue" that holds the development process together. This is a versatile role that combines administrative support with creative logistics. You will work closely with our lead developers to ensure our projects stay on track and our community remains engaged.

Core Responsibilities

- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking milestones for artists, writers, and programmers.
- Writing: Help out writing narrative and dialogue. We are heavily story oriented.
- Administrative Support: file organization and documentation.
- Revenue & Growth Tracking: Help monitor monthly income from platforms (Patreon, Steam, etc.) and assist in basic financial reporting.
- Asset Management: Organize and catalog game assets (art, audio, and script files).
- Platform Maintenance: Help keep our dev-logs and storefronts updated with the latest news.

What We?re Looking For

- Location: Residents of Valencia, Venezuela (for local coordination).
- English Fluency: Must be able to read and write English professionally (our primary market is international).
- Open-Mindedness: Comfort working in an environment that produces mature/adult-themed creative content.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Discord, Google Suite, and basic project management software.
- Reliability: High level of reliability and integrity.
