We are seeking a highly driven International B2B Sales Executive to develop and expand our global customer base in the food and beverage sector.
This position focuses on selling container-load programs, wholesale distribution opportunities, and food and beverage products to importers, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, convenience store chains, food service operators, and retail groups worldwide.
The role is 100% remote and ideal for a sales professional who thrives in international business development and is motivated by commission-based earnings.

- Self-starter who is highly organized.

- Experienced in international markets and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
A minimum of three years of experience is required in the following areas:
- International B2B sales
- Food and beverage industry
- Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- Export sales
- Wholesale distribution
- Container sales (FCL)
- International trade
REQUIRED INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: International logistics, import and export procedures, Food distribution, beverage distribution, wholesale markets, retail chains, food service distribution.
REQUIRED LANGUAGES
- MANDATORY: Fluent Spanish and English (English requires a minimum of B2 level, preferably C1 or native speaker)
- PREFERRED: Papiamento, Portuguese, French
REQUIRED SOFTWARE SKILLS
- MANDATORY: Salesforce, QuickBooks, CRM platforms, lead management systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- PREFERRED: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage B2B accounts globally.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on and nurture company-provided leads.
- Create and develop self-generated leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
- Present product portfolios and private-label opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing.
- Coordinate container shipments and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline forecasts.
- Conduct virtual meetings with international buyers.
LEAD GENERATION
The company will provide qualified leads and opportunities. The Sales Executive is also expected to:
- Generate new leads independently.
- Build and maintain a personal prospecting pipeline.
- Expand market reach through outbound sales efforts.
- Convert both company-provided and self-generated leads into customers.

COMPENSATION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will earn between 1% and 2% of the gross profit generated per container sold, while leveraging both company-provided leads and self-generated business opportunities to maximize earnings.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
- Earn between 1% and 2% commission on gross profit generated from each container sold.

- IDIOMAS:Es obligatorio el dominio fluido del ingles(Mínimo un B2, se valora posiitivamente un C1 o nativo) También se valorará positivamente el manejo de papiamento, portugués o francés.
- HERRAMIENTAS TECNOLÓGICAS: Se requiere experiencia sólida en el manejo de Salesforce, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel y Google Workspace.
- MODALIDAD: El trabajo es 100 % remoto, orientado al desarrollo de negocios globales y para profesionales autónomos capaces de gestionar operaciones en múltiples zonas horarias.
