Sports Manager

The Sports Manager is expected to:

* Promote and contribute to the association?s and the school?s aims (mission, vision, values, policies).
* Promote a positive sports culture which is healthy, happy, purposeful, and productive.
* Maintain a pleasant, cooperative, and professional relationship with the school community, including staff, parents, and external institutions.
* Assist and support coaches, student-athletes, and parent delegates whenever possible.
* Produce regular updates and reports regarding tournament schedules, logistics, and coach performance for the Management Team.
* Uphold and promote the school?s commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
* Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the leadership

Experience & Qualifications

* Proven professional experience in the sports industry, sports administration, or athletic coaching is essential.
* Previous managerial or supervisory experience within a school, sports club, or athletic association is required.
* Professional proficiency in English (Intermediate level or above), with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
* Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
