Community Manager / Social Media Specialist
- Calendar Planning: Design a weekly/monthly content schedule aligned with special occasions, the school calendar (enrollment, events, academic and sporting ceremonies) and the institution?s achievements.
- On-Site Content Creation: Visit classrooms, laboratories and sports fields to capture photos, videos (Reels/Videos/Carousels) and stories of everyday school life.
- Customer Service (Community): Respond in a timely, empathetic and polite manner to parents? queries regarding enrollment, timetables, fees and events (via comments and Direct Messages) in collaboration with the admissions department.
- Copy-writing: Draft institutional texts with excellent spelling and a formal yet approachable tone, in line with the school?s philosophy.
- Crisis Management: Monitor comments and alert management to any complaints or sensitive situations requiring a formal institutional response.
- Basic Design and Editing: Design artwork for official communications and circulars, and edit dynamic videos of school activities.
- Event Coverage: Attend various sporting and cultural events, etc., both within and outside the school to provide coverage.
